As an ambassador you are allowed to create your own posts and marketing material. Please ensure you adhere to the platforms’ (FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc) rules and guidelines. Love Fusion will not be responsible for you being blocked and/or banned.
* Your posts and marketing material needs to be tasteful and not bring Love Fusion’s reputation into dispute. Refrain from posting, be it joking or otherwise the following topics:
- Weight
- Gender Orientation
- Religion
- Politics
You acknowledge you are not employed by Love Fusion Ltd or any of it’s subsidiaries. You are an Independent Freelance Marketer/Brand Ambassador/Affiliate Marketer and as such the following terms and conditions are applicable:
- are responsible for your own taxes – declare and pay your own personal income tax and VAT (if applicable) to the HM Revenue and Customs;
- this Agreement shall not be construed as or render you as an employee or joint venturer with the Company for any purpose. You are and will remain an Independent Freelance Marketer/Brand Ambassador/Affiliate Marketer in your relationship to the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for withholding taxes and you shall have no claim against the Company hereunder or otherwise for any vacation, profit sharing, vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, worker’s compensation, group health, life insurance or disability benefits, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind;
- you are not authorized to make any representation, contract, or commitment on behalf of the Company unless specifically requested or authorized in writing to do so by an executive officer of the Company;
- the Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon thirty (30) days written notice of termination;
- you will be responsible for all tools, equipment and all other supplies needed to fully perform your services under this agreement;
- Restrictions: PPC bidding, paid keyword ads that bid on the terms relating to the “Love Fusion” brand name or trademarks, including any variations of Love Fusion United Kingdom or misspells such as Luv Fusion is not allowed. No coupon sites permitted. Please do not bid on “brand + generic” keywords;
- Affiliates are prohibited from reselling any products purchased from Love Fusion. This includes dropshipping and for wholesale purposes.
- Please note, commission will not be given for any code, offer, or promotion that is not available or listed as active in this network. Love Fusion reserves the right to adjust the value on any transaction that is attributed to another marketing channel.
